Art Wellbeing Group Sessions

Art based wellbeing sessions in a small group setting

Art wellbeing group sessions offer a gentle, creative way to explore emotions, reflect, and connect - especially when words feel hard to find.  No art experience is needed.
Facilitated by a registered psychologist, sessions focus on process rather than outcome, using simple, guided art activities in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Who are these session for? These sessions may be helpful if you:

  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed, flat, or disconnected.
  • Find it difficult to put feelings into words
  • Are navigating stress, change, or life transitions
  • Want a calm, more reflective approach to wellbeing

What to expect?

  • Small group setting (Maximum of 8 participants)
  • 90 minute sessions
  • Simple creative activities (drawing, colouring, gentle painting)
  • Guided reflection with optional sharing
  • All materials provided

These sessions are offered as art-based wellbeing support and are not formal art psychotherapy or assessment. As such, Medicare rebates do not apply.
